Estimated Time: The time to complete the service may vary depending on property size. The range can be from 2 to 5 hours in total. 1. Leaf and Debris Removal (Included): • Remove leaves: Rake up any leaves from the previous fall that have accumulated on the lawn, garden beds, and other areas. • Pick up sticks, branches, and debris: Clear any fallen branches, twigs, or other debris that may have collected over the winter. • Trash removal: Pick up any litter or other waste materials. 2. Grass Cutting (Included): • Mow the lawn: A fresh cut to help the grass grow evenly. This may include trimming edges and removing any dead patches or weeds that have appeared. 3. Light Weed Removal (Included): • Pull weeds: Hand-pull or use tools to remove weeds from flower beds, along sidewalks, or in the lawn. • Edging: Define the border between grass and driveways, or walkways. 4. Garden Bed Clean-Up (Included): • Prune dead or damaged plants: Trim any dead branches or faded plants to promote new growth. • Remove dead foliage: Cut back any plants that didn’t survive the winter (e.g., perennials or ornamental grasses). • Tidy up garden beds: Organize and clean up the beds. 5. Re-define Edging Between Garden Beds & Lawn (Extra): • This service includes redefining the edges between garden beds and the lawn to maintain a neat and crisp look. 6. Soil Aeration (Extra): • Aerate the lawn: Using a lawn aerator to punch small holes in the soil, which helps air, water, and nutrients reach the grass roots, improving lawn health. (Price depends on the lawn size) 7. Mulch Installation (Extra): • Mulch: Adding a fresh layer of mulch to garden beds to help retain moisture, prevent weed growth, and give the garden a clean, polished look. (Price is calculated by the yard needed) 8. Trimming Shrubs & Hedges (Extra): • Trim overgrown shrubs and hedges: Remove dead or excess growth and shape bushes or hedges to encourage healthy growth as they bloom in spring. (Price is based on the number and size of shrubs/hedges trimmed) 9. Fertilizing (Extra): • Fertilize the lawn or garden: Applying a spring fertilizer to boost lawn or plant growth as they come out of dormancy. Weather conditions may affect service availability and booking hours. If necessary, your appointment will be rescheduled based on the weather.
